The Independent Research Fund Denmark (IRFD) awarded FLOWS's PI a Project 2 grant (6.2 million DKK). The grant will run form 2023 for a 4.5 year period.
The FLOWS project was awarded its fourth straight time allocation on the VLT to use HAWKI to image nearby type Ia supernovae.
FLOWS received its third time allocation with the Very Large Telescope, though ironically our instrument has not yet returned to service since the pandemic. However, with P108 allocation and time allocation roll over from P105, FLOWS time allocation is on the order of 10% of the total VLT time for P108!
